In depth experience within the MSP world with roles/specialties in NOC, System/Backup/Network Administration, and Implementation Specialist with a focus on not only System and Network, but also Line of Business Applications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Perform proactive and reactive services for our customers to ensure stability inline with best practices and compliance
• Proactively reviewing customer environments and architecture to provide recommend opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Amazing customer service skills with the ability to communicate well over the phone
• Positive, upbeat, and professional
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Must be proficient in Windows Protocols, RMM, Servers, Networking, Firewalls, and Security Protection(s)
• Batch and/or Powershell Scripting
• MCSE, Azure, and Office 365 Certification a plus
