Floorco Flooring is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our family‐owned flooring showroom. What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Floorco Flooring and a trusted guide for our customers:

• Welcome customers into our 7,000 sq. ft. showroom and help them explore flooring options such as hardwood, LVP, carpet, tile, and laminate
• Consult with homeowners and business clients to understand their style, budget, and project needs
• Educate customers on product features, durability, maintenance, and design
• Coordinate measurements, quotes, samples, and follow‐up appointments
• Work closely with our in‐house installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with merchandising displays

What We’re Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience (flooring, home improvement, or design experience is a plus—but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Experience working with computers and tracking systems
• Confidence working one‐on‐one with homeowners making important purchasing decisions
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable following up with customers
• A team‐first attitude—this is a family business, and everyone pitches in
