The On Site Recruiter plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating staffing activities within a dedicated onsite team environment. Reporting directly to the Staffing Manager, this role focuses on efficient staff scheduling, candidate coordination, and ensuring seamless shift management. The On Site Recruiter supports onboarding processes, facilitates clear client communication, and maintains accurate records to support staffing operations. Occasional travel to client sites is required to ensure alignment and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling and coordinate candidate placements
• Oversee shift management and attendance tracking
• Support onboarding processes for new hires
