The manager is responsible for planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance using a combination of manual tracking and common project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule roofing projects from initiation to completion
• Oversee budgets and control project costs
• Coordinate a medium team of 6-15 members
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain safety compliance according to OSHA regulations
