Skyline Dentistry is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator. The ideal candidate communicates treatment plans clearly, helps patients understand financial options, and delivers an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Professionally presenting treatment plans and explain recommended procedures
• Review insurance benefits, fees, and payment options
• Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment
• Coordinate appointments and maintain an efficient schedule
• Support case acceptance and practice growth
• Maintain accurate patient records and protect confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Dental Treatment Coordinator or front-office experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance
• Strong organization and follow-up abilities
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and financing
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Proficiency with Open Dental software
• Provide 3 dental related references
