Job Title: Bilingual Immigration Paralegal (Spanish-English)

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Immigration Paralegal. While experience is preferred, we are open to training those with no experience but with the right foundation, mindset, and work ethic to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients (lot of client interaction)
• Conduct case preparation, follow-ups, and case updates with professionalism and empathy
• Assist in preparing immigration applications, forms, and supporting documentation
• Maintain organized and accurate case files using firm systems
• Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
• Support attorneys with case preparation, including court-related matters
• Manage high-volume client communication while maintaining quality and consistency

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor, especially in sensitive client and court settings
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in customer service, legal support, or client-facing roles
• Interest in immigration law or legal services
• Experience working with diverse or immigrant communities
