About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Operations Manager to join our growing team in Florida.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing software startup at an early stage and play a pivotal
role in driving both revenue growth and market entry execution across the U.S. market.
You will be responsible for building and managing a sales pipeline, developing relationships with senior
care organizations, closing deals that create real value for customers and the business, and leading the
operational processes that support Coglike's entry into new markets and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close
• Build and manage a pipeline of senior living and long-term care facility prospects
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Lead and execute market-entry processes for new geographies and accounts, including market
mapping, prospect research, and go-to-market sequencing
• Design and manage onboarding and rollout operations for new facility customers, ensuring a
smooth handoff from sale to live deployment
• Build and maintain operational playbooks and processes that support scalable sales execution
(outreach cadences, qualification criteria, escalation paths)
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Leadership teams
• Provide market feedback and insights to help shape product and go-to-market strategy
• Represent Coglike at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and operational metrics in CRM and internal
toolsRequirements
• U.S. citizenship – mandatory
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, healthcare technology, or senior care
• Experience selling to senior living, skilled nursing, or long-term care facilities – significant
advantage
• Experience with market-entry or go-to-market launch processes – significant advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong operational and process-orientation, with the ability to build structure in a fast-moving
environment
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Highly organized with strong pipeline management and CRM skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
