Inspirada Primary Care is an independent, physician-owned primary care practice seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada.

This is a high-volume primary care position with an expected schedule of approximately 20–25 patient visits per day following successful onboarding. Candidates should be comfortable delivering efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong productivity, building meaningful patient relationships, and establishing trust and rapport with a diverse patient population. Candidates seeking a low-volume practice environment should not apply.

Applicants without three (3) or more years of adult, insurance-based primary care experience will not be considered.

New graduates will not be considered.

Applicants whose experience is primarily in specialty care, aesthetics, urgent care, telemedicine-only practice, or hospital-based practice without substantial adult primary care experience will not be considered.

This position is intended for an experienced provider who can quickly integrate into a busy practice, exercise sound independent clinical judgment, and assume responsibility for a productive patient panel within a reasonable onboarding period.

Position Overview

This is a full-time adult primary care position providing preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, annual wellness visits, Medicare services, transitional care management, preventive medicine, and care coordination.

Providers may select their preferred five-day work schedule between Monday and Saturday.

We are a growing practice with strong patient demand. The successful candidate should be comfortable practicing in a fast-paced environment and building a productive patient panel.

Expected responsibilities and productivity include:

• At least 20–25 patient visits per day following successful onboarding
• Five clinical days per week
• Independent management of adult primary care patients
• Timely completion of charting, referrals, orders, and patient communications
• Same-day or next-business-day closure of clinical notes whenever possible
• Consistent achievement of productivity and quality goals
• Building long-term patient relationships and serving as a trusted healthcare partner for the community

Required Qualifications

• Active Nevada NP or PA license, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Three (3) or more years of adult, insurance-based primary care experience
• Experience managing acute and chronic adult medical conditions
• Strong independent clinical judgment
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working within productivity and quality expectations
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Commitment to timely and accurate documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience strongly preferred
• Established ties to the Las Vegas or Henderson community
• Long-term commitment to practicing in Southern Nevada
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
