Position Overview:
We"re looking for an Industrial Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for selecting the proper paint, preparing materials, mixing coatings to the correct consistency, and applying primer and finish coats to various products while ensuring high-quality results.

Schedule:
The Production Team operates Monday through Thursday 1st shift, 5AM-3:30PM, with occasional Friday overtime as needed to keep up with customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow job instructions, specifications, or blueprints.
- Mask and protect areas not designated for painting.
- Mix and thin paints to the appropriate viscosity based on requirements.
- Prepare surfaces and apply coatings with consistent coverage and thickness.
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
- Maintain paint booths, spray equipment, and related tools in proper working order.
- Use a jib crane to move and position materials or products.
- Uphold company values by demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and prints.
- Minimum of 1 year of industrial or production painting experience.

Physical Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy for finishing work.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and use hands for extended periods.
- Able to lift and move items up to 35 pounds regularly.

Work Conditions:
- Must wear protective gear, including Tyvek suit, gloves, hood, and safety shoes, while using a fresh-air filtration system.
