As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction within a small team environment. You will handle a variety of customer interactions primarily via phone, email, and chat, collaborating closely with Sales, Purchasing and the Owner to resolve issues and process orders efficiently during standard business hours.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
