Kim’s Haven LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to join our team. We provide quality, person-centered care to adults with mental health, memory care, and developmental support needs in a comfortable home-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administer medications as trained and delegated
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning
• Monitor and document vital signs, behaviors, and daily progress
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe home
• Accompany residents to appointments and community outings when needed
• Provide companionship while promoting residents’ dignity and independence
• Follow all state regulations, company policies, and resident care plans
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Caregiving, CNA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred (training may be provided for the right candidate)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist residents as needed
