We are looking for an Office/Accounting Manager who will help keep the daily office and accounting side of the business running smoothly. This is an office role for someone with prior experience in a small business, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or inventory-based environment.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience in customer service, office operations, accounting, sales support, shipping coordination, or a similar office role
2. 6+ years of professional experience
3. Familiarity with ERP, accounting, order entry, or inventory management systems preferred
4. Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
2. Process accounts receivable, customer payments, and related accounting tasks
3. Support sales administration, order entry, and customer service
4. Coordinate shipping, freight, and logistics
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across company systems
