Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose engine and system problems using diagnostic computers, scan tools, and mechanical inspection 
• Repair and overhaul diesel engines, including cylinder heads, fuel injectors, turbochargers, and exhaust systems
• Service and repair vehicle systems such as transmission, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, fuel, electrical, and hydraulic systems 
• Perform preventive maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid service, and routine inspections 
• Test repaired vehicles to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards 
• Maintain service records and prepare mechanical maintenance reports 
• Fabricate or weld components when necessary for repairs or modifications 
• Collaborate with team members to ensure vehicles meet operational and safety requirements
• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Pay DOE)
