About the Role
No evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts, and none of the retail chaos. Perfect for experienced pharmacists looking for a slower pace, phased retirement, or a meaningful end-of-career change.

You’ll still use your expertise every day, but instead of quotas and KPIs, your focus will be:

• Talking to veterinarians and pet owners about customized medications that make medicine time easier
• Being the go-to dosage solution expert, improving prescriptions and helping pets actually take their medicine
• Supporting non-sterile compounding (training provided if needed)
• Delivering high-touch, calm, quality-focused service — chaos optional

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred
