We are hiring a Full-Time Class A Bobtail Driver for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Ontario, CA, working Monday through Friday on the day shift. In this role, you'll operate a bobtail truck for local deliveries, primarily transporting steel products while following DOT regulations, maintaining a strong safety record, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A bobtail truck for local deliveries.
• Transport steel and other assigned materials following DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow delivery routes, schedules, and deadlines.
• Complete delivery documentation and provide professional customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Class A bobtail driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) transmission.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to safety.
• Ability to lift, load, and secure materials as needed.
