Group Leader Intern (Manufacturing Operations)

Pay $20-25 depending on experience.

We’re looking for a motivated Group Leader Intern to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll help drive production results by leading teams, supporting operations, solving problems, and promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support production team members during assigned shifts.
• Drive results in Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Cost, and Delivery.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and shift communication.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, HR, and other departments to achieve production goals.
• Identify and solve operational issues using root-cause problem-solving techniques.
• Support employee development and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree, related education/experience, or 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous improvement and employee development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Rotating shifts 6pm - 6am. Every other weekend. 
• Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, coolers/freezers, and production equipment.
• PPE required in designated areas.
