Beljan Psychological Services is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and collaborative therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. Our practice specializes in pediatric neuropsychology, autism spectrum disorders, developmental and learning differences, ADHD, gifted intellect, psychological assessment, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that support children and families.

Position Overview

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with a 60/40 revenue-sharing compensation model and room for percentage increase. Therapists benefit from an established referral base, administrative support, and the opportunity to collaborate with a highly experienced team of psychologists, neuropsychologists, and mental health professionals.

Preferred Areas of Expertise

We are specifically seeking a therapist with experience in:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Family Therapy
• Children ages 9 and younger
• Parent coaching and parent-child relationship work
• Emotional regulation and behavioral concerns
• Neurodiversity-affirming approaches
• Behaviors of gifted children
• ADHD and developmental differences
• School-related social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

Preferred Training

• Active Arizona license in good standing:
• • LPC
  • LAC (with appropriate supervision arrangements)
  • LMFT
  • LMSW/LCSW
  • Licensed Psychologist
