Front Desk Customer Service Representative

Do you LOVE dogs and enjoy making people feel welcome? We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our doggy daycare team!

Our Front Desk team is the first impression our clients and their pups have when they walk through our doors. This is a highly customer-facing position that requires someone who is personable, confident, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and their dogs with a warm, friendly attitude
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
• Check dogs in and out of daycare, boarding, and grooming services
• Answer phones, respond to client questions, and assist with scheduling
• Process payments and manage client accounts accurately
• Communicate daycare policies, packages, promotions, and services
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with reservations, enrollments, retail sales, and client requests
• Work closely with the daycare and management teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Handle client concerns professionally and help find solutions
• Stay organized while balancing multiple tasks in a busy environment

• Previous customer service, hospitality, veterinary, grooming, daycare, or pet industry experience is a plus
