Job Overview
We are looking for a Food Manufacturing Sanitation Lead to join our production team. In this role, you will be required to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sanitation activities in food manufacturing areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Work with and supervise a team of sanitation workers, providing clear instructions.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Train and work with team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of sanitation activities, inspections, and compliance reports for internal audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HACCP and food safety protocols within food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, including equipment operation, chemical handling, and sanitation standards.
• Leadership experience and skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
