Job Summary: As a Saucer, you’ll be a key member of our kitchen team, responsible for expertly saucing, plating, and garnishing our famous wings and sides. You'll ensure every order meets our quality standards for taste, appearance, and speed of service. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, perfect for someone who takes pride in delivering delicious, visually appealing food.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coat wings evenly with the correct sauces to recipe specifications.
• Plate wings, sides, and garnishes according to company standards.
• Coordinate with fryers, grill cooks, and expo to ensure food is ready at the same time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Stock sauces, garnishes, and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving quickly and accurately.
• Assist with prep work and other duties as assigned.
