We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, purchasing, quality control, and implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple job sites, field personnel, sub-contractors and vendors
• Create project schedules that include lead times for owner and construction crew and ensure all projects are fully staffed
• Meet budget objectives and make adjustments to project financial constraints as needed
• Maintain and handle constant communication with clients including but not limited to all changes in work, project schedule deadlines, township, weather, or utility delays, etc.
• Work with Field Superintendent and Project Coordinator to handle project issues as they arise; communicate with Field Super daily
• Ensure site safety measures are being followed as required by Dover
• Review and approve (along with Sub, Architect and Owner) all submittals, changes in scope, and RFI's

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years construction management experience
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints
• Must have valid drivers license
• Must be willing and able to travel to jobsites
• MS Office, Microsoft Project, Procore
