Help Us Launch Our New Houston Team

POW is expanding into Houston, TX, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Account Executive to join our Dallas team, learn the business, and help us build our new Houston market.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start in sales, develop strong business skills, and grow into a leadership role as we expand.

What You'll Do

• Learn our sales and client acquisition process through hands-on training
• Build relationships with customers and new clients
• Represent our client and support new business growth
• Help drive sales and customer acquisition
• Work closely with the Dallas team and prepare for our Houston expansion
• Take on additional responsibility as the Houston team grows

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Interested in sales, business development, and leadership
• Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required
• Must be available to work on-site in Dallas during training and transition to Houston
