Job Details:
- Location: Romeoville, IL
- Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Environment: Cold Storage / Refrigerated & Freezer Warehouse
What You'll Do:
As a Cycle Counter, you will keep the warehouse running smoothly by ensuring every product is right where it needs to be:
- Cycle Counting & Audits: Perform precise daily cycle counts and routing inventory checks.
- Investigate Discrepancies: Track down missing items, uncover stock variances, and report findings directly to leadership.
- Process Auditing: Montior receiving, put-away, transfers, and shipping to maintain end-to-end accuracy.
- Location & Label Verification: Ensure products, labels, and bin locations match system records perfectly.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain impeccable digital records while following company safety and food safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer programs.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
- Employment offers are contingent upon successfully passing a drug test, E-Verify verification, and background check.
- Refrigerated and freezer environment (-20°ree;F to 45°ree;F).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible work schedule as needed.
