BeHealthy Counseling is a clinician-led mental health practice built to give therapists the resources, support, and clinical independence they need to provide excellent patient care.

We understand that therapists do their best work when they are not overwhelmed by billing, scheduling, marketing, credentialing, technology issues, and other administrative responsibilities. That is why we provide our clinicians with a furnished office, company laptop, electronic health record system, administrative assistance, marketing support, clinical consultation, and free supervision for eligible registered interns.

At BeHealthy Counseling, you can build a meaningful caseload while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative clinical team. We are currently seeking licensed therapists and Florida registered interns who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents, couples, families, and veterans.

Dedicated Administrative Support

Our administrative team helps manage scheduling, patient communication, insurance verification, billing, credentialing, referrals, and other operational responsibilities so you can spend more time providing care.

Free Clinical Supervision

Eligible Florida registered interns receive qualified clinical supervision at no cost. Clinicians also have access to consultation and support when navigating complex cases, ethical concerns, or clinical emergencies.

Practice-Funded Marketing

Our team actively promotes the practice and its clinicians through digital marketing, referral relationships, community outreach, and professional networking. You are not expected to build an entire caseload on your own.

Flexible Scheduling

Maintain meaningful control over your availability, preferred working hours, patient population, and desired caseload. Daytime, evening, and hybrid scheduling opportunities may be available based on practice needs.

Clinical Autonomy

Clinicians are encouraged to use their professional judgment, training, and preferred evidence-based approaches while remaining supported by practice leadership and established clinical standards.
