Davis Enterprises Maintenance Department is looking for an Office Associate to join our team! The right candidate will be a highly organized team player who is comfortable communicating with people via the phone, email, and in person.

This position is responsible for:

• answering incoming phone calls
• responding to emails
• maintaining physical and digital files
• creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• working with various computer program such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Sage 300, and Sync
• communicating with vendors, tenants, and other employees
• other tasks as assigned

This position works out of our busy Mt. Laurel office and is scheduled Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
