Lendify Home Loans is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our loan officers by initiating contact with potential clients, managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires strong sales and organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Making outbound calls and being the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about loan products and services.
• Administrative Support: Assist loan officers with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
• Document Management: Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Assist in the preparation and processing of loan applications.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information in the loan management system.
• Communication: Coordinate communication between loan officers, clients, and other departments to facilitate the loan process.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience (Strongly Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
