We are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent (On-Site) to join our team for a 5-6 month assignment. This project is located in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Note: This is a temporary position (approx. 5-6 months) with the potential for additional assignments after project completion.

Compensation includes base hourly pay plus daily per diem; housing, car and cell phone allowance. Anticipated schedule is 6 days per week, approximately 10 - 12 hours per day.

Selected candidate will be on site beginning in September until project completion (most likely Jan/Feb 2027).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of structural steel construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned project
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management of structural steel projects
• Familiarity with construction management software
• Ability to read/interpret structural steel & steel erection blueprints
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
