We are seeking an Assistant Director of Development in Euless, TX who will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with major donors, prospective supporters, and ministry partners to increase engagement and financial support for our mission. Working closely with executive leadership, Development, and Communications teams, this role develops and implements strategies to grow the ministry’s major donor program through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship efforts. The position manages a portfolio of donors and prospects, conducts outreach and donor meetings, coordinates engagement opportunities, and ensures meaningful communication and follow-up. The Assistant Director of Development also supports fundraising campaigns, identifies new funding opportunities, and tracks donor activity and progress through the CRM system. As a trusted ambassador of the ministry, this individual represents the organization professionally, communicates ministry impact effectively, and travels as needed for donor visits, events, and conferences.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $95,000 to $107,500 annually
