We are seeking a Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with menu inquires and making order decisions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly; ensures that guest is 100% satisfied with their order. Orders taking can be in store or via phone for pick up for delivery orders
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote sales by showcasing product in clean display case
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
