Required Experience:

• QuickBooks Online (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoicing, Bills, and general bookkeeping functions)

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Experienced with QuickBooks Online and comfortable handling daily bookkeeping tasks.
• Skilled in clerical and administrative support.
• Detail-oriented and able to catch mistakes before they become bigger problems.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.
• A strong communicator with a positive, professional attitude.
• An excellent time manager who can stay organized and meet deadlines.
• A true team player who enjoys helping wherever needed.
• Able to prioritize work and keep management informed of important updates or issues.
• Punctual, dependable, and committed to showing up on time every day.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the company.
