Flamez Wood Fired Pizza in Gloucester Township, NJ is looking for an energetic and friendly Cashier / Kitchen Helper to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and process orders accurately at the register
- Handle cash, card, and digital transactions with speed and accuracy
- Assist kitchen staff with food prep, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and kitchen areas
- Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support team members during busy rushes to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
- Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one a plus
