Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Actively sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates through various channels
- Screening and evaluating resumes to identify the most promising applicants
- Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of the recruitment process

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong administrative and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for identifying top talent. A background in recruitment or human resources is preferred, but we are also open to considering candidates with transferable skills.
