Revive Construction | Miami, Florida | Full-Time, On-Site

Revive Construction is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field operations for high-quality hospitality projects throughout South Florida.

This is a leadership position for a superintendent who understands the pace, coordination, craftsmanship, and client service required to successfully deliver hotels, restaurants, amenity spaces, and complex interior renovations. The Lead Superintendent will serve as Revive’s primary field leader and take ownership of the project from mobilization through final turnover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Develop and manage short-term schedules, three-week look-aheads, and daily work plans
• Drive the overall project schedule and proactively identify potential delays or constraints
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings, daily huddles, and site safety meetings
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and coordination documents before work is installed
• Maintain high standards for quality, fit and finish, protection of completed work, and overall jobsite presentation
• Coordinate hospitality-specific scopes, including architectural finishes, millwork, kitchens, bars, specialty equipment, lighting, and FF&E installations
• Maintain accurate daily reports, progress photographs, manpower records, inspections, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with project management, ownership, architects, consultants, and property operations
• Identify constructability issues and communicate RFIs, conflicts, and required decisions early
• Manage punch-list completion, inspections, turnover documentation, and final closeout
• Mentor assistant superintendents, field engineers, and other project team members
• Maintain a safe, professional, organized, and respectful jobsite at all times

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of commercial construction field experience
• Prior experience as a Lead Superintendent or Senior Superintendent
• Strong experience with hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or high-end commercial interior construction
• Proven ability to manage complex, schedule-sensitive, and fast-track projects
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, sequencing, inspections, and building systems
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability without compromising professional relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to projects throughout South Florida
