What is it

The patient care coordinator is in charge of curating an amazing patient experience from start to finish. They are responsible for scheduling and helping to keep the patient on the plan laid out by the therapist.  They are the face of the company and play an integral part of ensuring each patient has an experience that adheres to the vision and values of Vivid Women’s Health.

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary role of the PCC is to curate the patient experience and to keep the schedule full.

This is primarily achieved through daily oversight of the schedule and clearly communicating with the director of patient experience. 

The PCC reports directly to the office manager.
