We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Letter Inserter / Production Print Operator. In this role, you will operate high-speed production inkjet printers and automated inserting equipment to produce, assemble, and prepare customer mailings accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production inkjet printers, inserters, and mailing equipment.
• Load paper, ink, envelopes, and inserts for production jobs.
• Monitor print quality, document accuracy, and machine performance.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine operator maintenance.
• Inspect finished mail pieces for quality, proper sequencing, sealing, and addressing.
• Prepare completed mail for postal delivery or shipment.
• Maintain production records and follow daily schedules.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Print production, mailroom, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Experience with production printers, inserters, or mailing equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
