Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs and processes
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws and company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate benefits reports
• Implement and update benefit policies as required
• Conduct training and education sessions on benefit programs
• Assist employees with benefit claims and inquiries
