This position is responsible for managing customer interactions, preparing drinks, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. The role requires adept multitasking and compliance with alcohol safety regulations, utilizing popular commercial POS systems for efficient order processing.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks promptly and accurately
- Deliver exemplary customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems securely
- Manage inventory to ensure availability of supplies and ingredients
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food and beverage service
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
