Position Title: Senior Director, Clinical Education & Workforce Development

Position Summary: The Senior Director of Clinical Education & Workforce Development provides strategic and operational leadership for Essen Health Care’s Academics Department, workforce development portfolio, and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). This leader is responsible for designing, expanding, and evaluating clinical and non-clinical education programs that create sustainable talent pipelines and prepare students, trainees, and emerging professionals to meet the organization’s current and future workforce needs.
Working across Academics, clinical operations, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, and executive leadership, the Senior Director translates organizational workforce priorities into scalable academic partnerships, experiential learning opportunities, and career pathways. The role requires a hands-on leader who can move comfortably between strategy, program execution, stakeholder management, compliance, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
