Service Activation Center is growing, and we are looking to hire 5 motivated, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in Santa Ana, CA.

Position: Customer Service & Retention Representative
Location: Santa Ana, CA — 100% In-Office
Pay: $21.00/hour + Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Saturdays: Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

As a Customer Service & Retention Representative, you will assist customers with their auto warranty accounts while helping resolve concerns and retain customers who may be considering cancellation.

We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and able to provide solutions while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

• Assist customers with questions regarding their auto warranty coverage and account
• Explain coverage, payments, benefits, and account information clearly
• Handle inbound customer service and retention-related calls
• Speak with customers who are considering canceling their coverage
• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Educate customers on the value and benefits of maintaining their coverage
• Handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
• Work toward daily and monthly retention and performance goals
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Bilingual English/Spanish speakers strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling objections and challenging customer conversations
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Sales, retention, customer service, or call-center experience is a plus
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays as scheduled

$21.00 per hour + commission opportunities

This position offers the stability of hourly pay with the opportunity to earn additional income through performance-based commissions.
