Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: The Woodlands, TX
Duration: 12+ months (possible extension)
Pay range: $27-$33/hr on W2
Candidates MUST have direct Customer Support/Customer Service experience in Chemicals or Oil & Gas industries.
SAP or Oracle experience preferred.
Job Description:
- Interacts with customers, providing information about accounts, products and services.
- Generates quotes based on the customer's needs.
- Receives, verifies, and processes customer orders and order changes.
