• Leading and supporting a team of HVAC service technicians
• Managing schedules and job flow using ServiceTitan
• Driving accountability, efficiency, and service excellence
• Ensuring top-tier safety standards and quality control
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
• Supporting pricing, parts management, and warranty execution
• Partnering with sales and install teams to maximize success
