Caring Excellence is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to serve seniors in their homes across Union, Florence, Villa Hills, Fort Thomas, Crestview Hills, and the rest of Northern Kentucky. Caregivers help older adults maintain independence and dignity by supporting their daily routines with professionalism and heart. No prior experience is necessary—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
• Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Promote safety and monitor for changes in client condition
• Communicate observations to nursing and care coordinators

• Reliable transportation to client homes in Union, Florence, Villa Hills, Fort Thomas, Crestview Hills, and surrounding areas
• Willingness to learn—no prior caregiving experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
