The Engineering Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring customer orders move
efficiently through engineering, procurement, and manufacturing. This position translates
sales orders into actionable engineering tasks, tracks deliverables, maintains full order
visibility, and provides timely, accurate updates to internal teams and customers.
Software Experience is key. Developing tools in SharePoint, Power BI, Bluebeam Review, Project Management Software is required.
Project Management experience.
PMP certified is plus.
Organizer: able to sort and log high volume of engineering and sales documentation
Scheduler: able to track high volume of customer order timelines, deliverables, markups, change orders, etc.
Coordinator: able to communicate between departments succinctly and efficiently (high volume of emails)
Developer: able to create and implement new project management systems (SharePoint, Bluebeam, Autodesk Vault, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Worker: generally, we are looking for someone hungry and capable to work in the capacities mentioned above

▪ Maintain dashboards, trackers, and engineering queues.
▪ Support ERP/MRP updates related to engineering deliverables.
▪ Organize order folders, spreadsheets, SharePoint sites, and documentation
repositories.
▪ Assist with order closeout and archiving engineering deliverables.
▪ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related
field.
▪ 2–5 years of experience in order management, project coordination, or
manufacturing operations.
▪ Strong understanding of engineering documentation, BOMs, drawings, and change
processes.
▪ Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.).
▪ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and order-tracking tools.
▪ Ability to manage high order volume with accuracy and urgency.
▪ Experience in engineered-to-order (ETO), configure-to-order (CTO), or
manufacturing environments.
▪ Familiarity with AutoCAD or engineering design workflows.
▪ Experience with engineering change management (ECN/ECO/CCF).
▪ Experience working with Document Control or EDMS systems.
