What You'll Do

• Develop customized financial plans tailored to each client's goals
• Meet with clients and prospects to provide financial guidance
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication
• Collaborate with the advisory team to develop investment strategies
• Help grow the firm's client base through networking and marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates
• Provide exceptional ongoing service to existing clients
• Assist with additional projects that contribute to the firm's continued growth

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of financial planning or investment advisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Life & Health Insurance License

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Series 65 (or ability to obtain within six months)
• Experience using CRM and financial planning software

Compensation & Benefits

• Our compensation structure offers the opportunity for high earnings. Successful candidates may earn in excess of $100,000 annually, depending on performance
