Schedule:
• Friday - 4pm-10:30 pm - Supervising on the floor
• Saturday - 6am-7 pm - Supervising on the floor
• Sunday - 6am-4 pm - Supervising on the floor
• Tuesday - 8 hours
• Wednesday -8 hours
Tuesdays & Wednesdays: Employees work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m

Jill’s House is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and engaging Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our Weekend Program with excellence, joy, and Christ-centered care.
The ideal candidate for this role is a servant-leader who can build trust, drive culture, and inspire a team to serve with care and excellence. Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role will find enjoyment in motivating, coaching, and influencing others toward strong team performance, accountability, and consistent program execution.
