Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Service Technician at SERVEWAY HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING LLC. The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance and repair of heating and air conditioning systems, troubleshooting issues, providing field support to junior technicians, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
• Field Service and Customer Service skills
• Minimum of 4 years of Experience in servicing heating and air conditioning systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• TDLR Registered and EPA Certified
• Conduct daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity
• Always display a positive attitude toward fellow team members.
