We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to manage small teams (3-5 members) on various outdoor projects, with a strong focus on sprinkler systems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in landscaping and irrigation as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This role involves coordinating team efforts, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring project quality and efficiency. Reliability, a willingness to learn, and a clean driving record are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead small crews on outdoor landscaping and irrigation projects
- Set up and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems
