Tulip Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and professional Licensed Social Worker (LMSW / LCSW) to join our growing outpatient mental health team. We are a modern, community-focused clinic serving children, adolescents, adults, and seniors in a warm, multilingual, and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care coordinators
• Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and life challenges
• Deliver culturally sensitive, person-centered care

Qualifications:

• Active New York State LMSW or LCSW license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
