Working within a medium-sized kitchen team and reporting to the Dietary Manager, this position demands careful attention to medical dietary requirements such as diabetic and renal diets, as well as allergen-free meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to specialized medical diets and allergen-free requirements
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering to maintain adequate kitchen supplies
