Position Overview:
We are looking for a Registered Nurses (RN) for an immediate 3-month contract position at a state facility in Grafton, OH. In this role, you will deliver routine medical care, perform patient triage, administer medications, and respond to clinical needs in a safe, controlled environment with dedicated security staff present at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine health assessments, triage, and medication administration.
• Respond to urgent medical care needs as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
Requirements:
• Active Ohio RN License (or Compact RN License)
• Current CPR / BLS Certification
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug test
• COVID-19 Vaccination (Medical and Religious Exemptions Accepted)
